Begin your family-friendly adventure in Chania with a visit to Komolithi natural pyramids. Next, meet an archaeologist at her specially designed site. Children and adults alike can see how archaeologists work and explore discoveries from the Minoan civilization. Then, try a hands-on excavation simulation —digging, sifting, and cleaning finds— before creating a small clay pot to take home. Children also receive a special archaeologist’s certificate.

Finally, we stop at a local eatery to taste famous Greek gyros, enjoying authentic flavors made with fresh, local ingredients.
