All our tours are private, meaning you and your party will have a dedicated guide and vehicle for a more personalized experience.
Chania Old Town Artisans Tour and Chania Old Town Vegan Tour also have a shared small group option 3 times a week each.

Our tour prices typically include:

We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, a reusable water bottle, and a camera. Depending on the tour, you might also need swimwear and a towel.
Our guides are fluent in English and French. We can also arrange for guides who speak other languages, such as German and Spanish upon request.

For semi-private tours, we understand that delays can happen, so we offer a 10-minute grace period. Beyond this, it can be difficult to accommodate late arrivals without impacting other guests. If you anticipate being late, please call us so we can assist you as best as possible.
For private tours, your guide will wait for 30 minutes and will try to reach you. After this, the tour will be cancelled if we haven’t heard from you. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend.
For Private Shore Excursions, we understand that schedules can be tight, so we offer a 60-minute waiting period and will try to reach you. After this, the tour will be cancelled if we haven’t heard from you. Please notify us if you will not be attending, so we can accommodate other visitors.

We accept payments via credit & debit card, payment link, bank transfer, and cash (for in-person bookings).
Tipping is not required but is appreciated if you feel your guide provided exceptional service.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak tourist season (April to October), to ensure availability of your preferred dates and experiences.
Our City Tours and Experiences operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide an alternative experience. Safety is our primary concern.
